I did the full time career, working 70 hours a week, traveling all over the place, pouring into others thing in my “former life,” “BK,” or before kids, as I like to say. I had a great career, achieved a lot of success, and built a solid reputation, but then that tug-of-war hit my heart after I birthed one baby and adopted another. The luggage that was always by my bedside and the 5 am wake up calls started appealing a whole lot less, especially after sleepless nights with 2 littles.
I knew something had to change for me and my heart and my head led me to turning in my business suits and my high heels for yoga pants and running shoes. I was a full time juggling mama. As a full time mama, I had time with my kids and I sure appreciated the new pace of life helping out as a room parent, joining mom organizations and volunteering in the community. BUT…I missed having my own identity and I missed feeling my own real sense of purpose, accomplishment and winning. I mean, winning at keeping kids alive is a big deal, and I can run a mean load of laundry, but I also love helping other people succeed, grow and impact their lives and see their true potential.
I am real. I love real people. People who know who they are and are authentically themselves. I have a really cool business and it’s allowing me to mentor and help others, show my kids what a working mama looks like, and also never miss a single important moment to them, or to me. You’ll find me treating myself to a local workout at Orange Theory or the Y. You’ll also find me sipping on a cappuccino or a vino, depending on what time of day it is!
I have a super rewarding business, have earned 7 promotions, and have been able to juggle life as a mama AND run a thriving, growing business. It’s crazy how cool it is to earn recognition, fun vacations and have this amazing community around me that supports me and cheers for me to succeed.
This business has allowed me choose when I work and where I work. I get to read a book or watch trashy tv if I want to. I get to travel when I want to and never have to ask for time off. I set my own schedule. I can be a grocery getter or a business builder, a momffeur (that’s a mom who chauffeurs and carpools) AND a mompreneur. Either way, I get to help others create their own success and find their freedom. I look forward to helping you earn a living while making a life.
